The Access Fund respects your right to privacy. In order to ensure that the Access Fund’s use of any private contact information is in accordance with our members’ wishes, the Access Fund offers a "Do Not Share" option.

Members may opt out of being included on any membership list exchanges by sending an email to membership@accessfund.org or by calling 303-545-6772 x106. If you have requested the "Do Not Share" option, we will never sell or give away your name, mailing address, phone number, or email address. If you have not selected the "Do Not Share" option, your name and physical mailing address may be exchanged with other climbing related organizations, however under no circumstances will we share your email address or phone number with any outside organization. Further, the Access Fund will never sell any contact information it receives from its members.

Our web site is authenticated and secured by SSL. We encrypt personal information entered online only to process membership donations and merchandise purchases. Our web server automatically collects limited information about your computer's connection to the Internet, including your IP address, when you visit our site. (Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data — such as the web pages you view.) However, your IP address does not identify you personally. We use this information to deliver our web pages to you upon request and to measure traffic. We do not use cookies. Further, we do not track individual use except as expressly noted above.

If we need to change our privacy policy at some point in the future, we'll post the changes on our site before they take effect. Questions concerning the Access Fund’s privacy policy should be directed to membership@accessfund.org.
